Project Manager
Responsibilities

Coordination and management of ERP implementation projects

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects
-
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements for each project

Direct and lead the work of functional and technical staff
-
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
-
Delegate project tasks based on staff member’s individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
