Project Manager


  • Coordination and management of ERP implementation projects

  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects

  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements for each project

  • Direct and lead the work of functional and technical staff  

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Delegate project tasks based on staff member’s individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
